What is Lost In Riddim?

Lost In Riddim is an international music and arts festival that celebrates the African Diaspora and its influence on music around the world. This year’s fest will be held October 1-2 at Lake Cunningham Regional Park in San Jose, CA.

Where can I buy tickets?

Only tickets purchased through the official Lost In Riddim SeeTickets page are guaranteed to be valid. You can find this at Tickets

How old do I have to be to attend?

All ages are welcome to attend! Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please be advised the VIP Area is 21+

Do all ages need a ticket?

Ages 2 and up require a ticket.

The festival will be held at Lake Cunningham Regional Park in San Jose, CA. The official address is 2305 S White Rd, San Jose, CA 95148

Are there different Ticket Types?

Lost In Riddim will have multiple ticket types offering different access and expierences.

Are Tickets Still Available?

Yes, tickets can be purchased at SeeTickets
We suggest you buy in advance, as tickets may sell out

Can I Purchase Single day tickets?

No. Only two day passes will be offered this year.

When is the Box Office open?

Box Office is open from 11AM-9PM Saturday & Sunday

What time do doors open?

The doors to the festival open at 12PM

What time does the festival end?

The festival ends at 10PM on Saturday and 10PM on Sunday

Is there re-entry into the festival?

There is no re-entry into the festival

Do I get a wristband upon entering the venue?

Tickets purchased far enough in advance will have their wristband mailed to them. Further instructions for how to use your wristband will be included in the package. Please do not put on your wristband until the day of the event.

Tickets purchased closer to the event, or by international customers, can pick up their wristbands at the will call desk near the venue entrance.

We know you have a lot of questions about the festival in general. Here are some of the often asked questions.

Will I be searched upon entry?

Yup, festival security will search all persons and bags prior to entry. Please review the prohibited items list if you aren’t sure whether or not you can bring something.

Is the festival rain or shine?

Yes, the festival is a rain or shine event.

What can I bring? What can’t I bring?

In general, don't bring anything you wouldn't bring to your grandma's cookout.
But we do have a through list of Allowed & Prohibited Items

When will the performance schedules be released?

Keep an eye on our social media for schedule releases and updates!

What kind of ID do I need to buy drinks and pick up tickets?

Only valid (non-expired) government issued ID will be accepted.

Where are the ATMs located?

Lost In Riddim is a cashless event this year. There are no ATMs onsite.

Where are the restrooms?

Please reference the Patron Map for exact locations

Will there be food?

Yes! There will be food (and drinks!)

Will there be vegetarian/vegan items?

We love vegan and vegetarian food and there will definitely be options for both.

Can I bring outside food & drinks?

No, only a recyclable container for water.

Are there water stations?

There will be a free water station on fest grounds. Please look to our FAQs on what hydration packs or water bottles can be on site. Water will also be available for purchase at our bars.

Where is the Merch Booth?

Lost In Riddim merch and artist merchandise will be sold at the Festival Merch Booth, see patron map for location

COVID - 19

Lost In Riddim is focused on health & safety for staff, performers & festival go-ers.

Are COVID Vaccines or Negative Tests required to attend the festival?

No.

Am I required to wear a mask to enter the festival?

Per current local public health guidance, masks are recommended at the event, but not required.

ADA INFORMATION

Lost In Riddim is ADA accessible. Accessible restrooms are in the same area as all patron restrooms. The ADA viewing area is located in front of the stage. Visit the Guest Services booth for assistance upon arriving.

Is the festival accessible to people with disabilities?

Where do I get my accessible pass?

Accessible Passes for ADA guests may be requested at the Box Office or at the Guest Services Booth inside the venue. This pass can be carried with you around the festival for access to ADA viewing areas and other accessible needs. You can contact our Guest Services Manager at guest-services@lostinriddim.com

Am I allowed to have service animals?

Service animals are allowed, however, dogs must be on a leash at all times and you will be required to show proof that your furry companion is up to date on all required shots. Please remember that DB levels are high near the stages and to be aware.
